The Rainbow Cup is an International Triathlon & 5km Run held on the smaller island, Tobago, in the twin island Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. Competitors come from all around the region, and as far as the UK, Europe and Australia to compete in this one-day event.

With seven (7) different races to choose from, the Rainbow Cup Tobago is suited for any athlete from weekend warrior, recreational competitor, junior athlete all the way up to Elite.
